PE rattan and the frame
Like the rest of our garden range, these are PE (synthetic) rattan woven over a powder-coated steel or aluminium frame. That combination is built for British weather, so it won't rust, rot, fade or crack and the set can stay outside year-round. Natural rattan, by contrast, is indoor-only.
Cushions and care
Bistro sets come mostly in black, grey and brown weaves with neutral seat cushions. How weatherproof the cushions are varies from set to set, so it's worth storing them dry when you can; the product page lists what each set's cushions are rated for. A wipe with a damp cloth keeps the rattan clean, and a cover over winter sees the set through to spring.
Bistro, dining or lounge?
