Ordering, Processing and Dispatch:
To place an order with Opal Retail, please use our checkout page, located at the top right of every screen. If you encounter any issues during the ordering process, please feel free to contact us via the chat feature and we will be happy to assist you.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause delays to your shipment. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Opal Retail offers free standard delivery to Mainland UK Only.
Excludes: Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Lowlands, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight
We do not deliver to the following postcodes
JE, GY, BT, IOM and ZE
Our delivery services:
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
Express Delivery Service
Our express delivery service is available to customers in UK Mainland (additional charges may apply). This service is only available for orders placed between Monday and Friday and before 1 pm. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Tracking Your Order:
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your package(s). The courier may also contact you regarding your order using the telephone number you provided during checkout.
For large and heavy items, the delivery courier requires a ‘pre-delivery notice,' which means you need to provide a valid contact number during checkout so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time. Please note that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to front door of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble them for you.
To track your order, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info, tracking number, and tracking link. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this email in your inbox. Alternatively, you can keep up to date with your order using the link below.
Our Courier Partners:
We use DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Evri, Royal Mail, DX Logistics, XDP Logistics, and Yodel to deliver our parcels. We are unable to specify a carrier due to the high volume of parcels we send.
