A 16kg round polycrete parasol base in grey — designed to sit under a garden table and hold a standard parasol pole steady without tipping.

Polycrete is a solid cast material that delivers stable weight in a low-profile disc. At H45 x W45 x D5cm it sits flat under most dining tables without raising the parasol pole too high above the table surface. Insert the pole, tighten the collar, and the parasol stays upright. Compatible with poles from 32mm to 42mm in diameter.

Solid-fill bases like this one don't need water or sand — they're ready to use straight from the box and don't need draining before moving. The grey finish works with most garden furniture.

No. Polycrete is a solid cast material — the 16kg weight is fixed. No water or sand filling is required.

What pole diameter does it fit?
This base accepts poles from 32mm to 42mm in diameter. It is compatible with the Royalcraft Crank and Tilt LED Strip Parasols (38mm pole) and the Crank and Tilt Rectangular Parasol (38mm pole).

Will it fit under my dining table?
At H45cm x W45cm x D5cm, the base is designed to sit flat under a standard garden table. Check the clearance between your table legs before purchasing.

Is 16kg heavy enough?
For calm to moderate conditions, 16kg is sufficient for most 2.5–3m upright parasols used through a dining table. In exposed or coastal locations, a heavier base is advisable.

Is this suitable for cantilever parasols?
