Dog Crate End Table with Enclosed Sides for Medium Dogs, Grey

This grey furniture style dog crate has enclosed wooden side panels rather than open wire mesh, giving your dog a more private, den-like space. If your dog settles better when they cannot see everything happening around them, this is a more suitable choice than an open bar design. It doubles as a side table and includes a washable cushion.

Does it fit your dog?

Measure from the nose to the base of the tail and add 10 to 15cm. For height, measure floor to the top of the head when sitting and add 10cm. Those are your minimum internal dimensions.

Always compare your dog to the internal figures. The panels reduce the usable space compared to the external dimensions.

This crate suits medium dogs up to 50cm body length and 20kg. Typical breeds that fit well include French Bulldogs, Beagles, Westies, Dachshunds and Border Terriers. If your dog is between sizes, go up.

Before you buy

• Already crate trained? The enclosed sides and den-like feel suit dogs who are already settled with crating. Leave the door open initially and let your dog investigate at their own pace.
• Not yet crate trained? Start with a wire crate first. A fully enclosed crate is harder to introduce to a dog with no crate experience, as they cannot see out.
• Dog that needs visibility? If your dog is more settled when they can see the room around them, the open mesh design (D02-192V70GY) may suit them better.
• Chewer? Wood and particle board will not resist determined chewing. This suits settled adult dogs past the destructive phase.
• Puppy? Buy for the adult size. This crate does not include a divider panel.

Is the finish pet-safe?
PawHut does not publish independent safety certification for the board or finish. We recommend airing the crate for 24 to 48 hours before first use, especially if you notice a new-wood smell on unboxing.

Can I use it outdoors?
No. Wood-based panels warp and swell when exposed to moisture. Indoor use only.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the crate body with a lightly damp cloth. Do not soak the wood panels. The cushion is machine washable.

How long does assembly take?
Typically under an hour. All fixings are included.

What if it does not fit my dog?
