Delivery
- Standard UK delivery from £4.95 — free on orders over £49.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK, and 7–10 working days to Ireland.
- Your order is shipped by an independent courier, who will email you tracking details once it's on its way.
- Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries.
- Delivery may take longer during busy seasonal periods and bank holidays.
Returns
- Changed your mind? Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, free from damage or marks, and returned in their original (or similar) packaging.
- We arrange collection for you. A collection fee is deducted from your refund, based on item value/size: up to £50 — £5.99; up to £100 — £9.99; over £100 — £14.99; extra-large or fragile items — £30.00.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund for change-of-mind returns.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days of the returned item being received and inspected. Card refunds may take up to a further 5 working days to appear on your statement.
- Returns requested outside the 14-day window can't be accepted.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
- Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue.
- We'll arrange a full refund or replacement — including original delivery and collection costs — at no charge to you.
