The galvanised steel roof is rated to carry 80 kg/㎡ of snow load and withstand winds up to 72 km/h — Gale Force 8 on the Beaufort scale. That's meaningful reassurance for a permanent garden structure in the UK.

An integrated water gutter channels rainfall away from the frame, reducing pooling and protecting the base over time. The powder-coated steel frame is designed for long-term outdoor use; regular cleaning will prolong its life.

Installation is recommended with three people and takes approximately four hours. The gazebo can be anchored to hard surfaces using the included expansion screws, or secured to lawns with ground stakes. For timber decking, specialist wood expansion screws are advised to avoid splitting.

No planning permission is required in most cases, as this structure falls within permitted development rights — though it's always worth checking with your local council if your property has restrictions.
